We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our hospice care team. The ideal candidate will provide quality end-of-life care and support to our patients and their families. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our hospice patients. As an RN in our hospice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals during their most vulnerable moments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and provide necessary interventions.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and updated medical records.
• Educate patients and families on palliative care and end-of-life processes.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in CA.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
• Strong understanding of pain management and symptom control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathy and sensitivity toward patients and their families.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and best practices.
