What You'll Do

Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business within your territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored vehicle solutions.

Sell strategically, leveraging industry insights and competitive positioning to maximize profitability.

Stay ahead of the curve—keep a pulse on industry trends, customer demands, and market opportunities.

Represent Model 1 at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to expand brand visibility and market presence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and grow customer relationships—develop new business and maintain strong connections with existing clients in your territory.
  • Engage directly with prospects—through calls, in-person meetings, and compelling sales presentations.
  • Create clear, results-driven proposals—deliver professional quotes and tailored solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate across teams—work closely with marketing, sales leadership, logistics, and technical service teams to drive sales success.
  • Develop and manage a customer value plan—identify key opportunities and maximize account potential.
  • Strategize for success—optimize your sales approach to ensure the best return on your time and effort.
  • Keep leadership informed—report on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Stay ahead of the curve—continuously update your knowledge on products, services, and industry trends.
  • Represent Model 1 at trade shows and industry events—expand your network and strengthen brand visibility.

Requirements of the Role:

  • 3-5 years+ of experience in sales; industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
  • Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods and move around an office environment that may require movement in small areas.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
