We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate technology leader to join our Global IT organization. As an IT Enterprise Architect, you will be at the forefront of strategic planning, design and implementation of technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological direction - enhancing our teammate experiences, driving business growth through innovation and keeping our organization safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to key decision makers - with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business architects to perform current state application inventory and rationalization
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into process and technical solutions
  • Build and maintain strategic technology roadmaps, providing a 3-5 year vision of technology opportunities
  • Evaluate the latest technology trends (such as Generative AI) to maintain awareness and to socialize amongst peers and other technology and business leaders
  • Act as an internal advocate and technology influencer by building key relationships across the business

Qualifications:

  • Extensive (5+ years) experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and technology governance frameworks
  • Proven track record of implementing IT strategies that have delivered measurable business benefits
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture tooling such as LeanIX
  • Knowledge of CRM, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms
  • Knowledge of AI principles and data governance
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
  • Certifications such as TOGAF
