Licensed Practical Nurse, UHS Primary Care Northern TiogaUnited Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Newark Valley Family Practice department at UHS Primary Care Northern Tioga in Newark Valley, NY. This position is benefits eligible.ShiftDayHours Per Week40Salary Range$20.50 - $29.62 per hour, depending on experience.OverviewA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.QualificationsEducation/ExperienceMinimum Required:Graduated an accredited school of Practical NursingPreferred:N/ALicense/CertificationMinimum Required:Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelinesPreferred:Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)About United Health ServicesUnited Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 people in Upstate New York’s Southern Tier region.
