As an Estate Planning Attorney with our client's premier law firm you will be at the forefront of providing expert counsel on estate planning matters. You will work closely with high-net-worth clients, families, and individuals crafting comprehensive estate plans tailored to their unique needs and objectives. Your expertise in wills, trusts, and estate tax planning will enable you to create strategies that ensure clients' wishes are upheld, their assets are protected, and their loved ones are taken care of.


LOCATION: DuPage County, IL (On-Site)


RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their estate planning goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Provide advice on minimizing estate tax liability and maximizing wealth preservation.
  • Review and analyze complex financial documents and assets to develop customized estate planning solutions.
  • Create charitable giving strategies and plans for philanthropic clients.
  • Guide clients through probate and trust administration processes, ensuring seamless execution of their plans.


QAULIFICATIONS:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and active license to practice law in IL.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience practicing estate planning law, preferably in a prestigious law firm or specialized estate planning practice.
  • Expertise in wills, trusts, estate tax planning, and related areas of estate planning law.
  • Strong understanding of tax implications and wealth preservation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and complex cases simultaneously.
