eDiscovery Counsel

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an eDiscovery Counsel to join the fabulous team at an AmLaw 200 law firm client based in Cleveland, Ohio The firm is one of the most well-respected business law firms in the country, with additional offices throughout Ohio, Chicago, Florida, New York, Illinois, St. Louis, and Washington, DC.

The position will be hybrid, with 3 days onsite in Cleveland and two days remote The firm offers an incredible benefits and compensation package, matched with reasonable billable hour requirements.

The e-Discovery Counsel will join the firm's litigation department and assume firm wide e-Discovery management responsibilities, both billable and non-billable, as follows:

• Analyze, advise and coordinate all aspects of electronic discovery in assigned matters
• Make or contribute to strategic decisions during the related discovery and planning phases
• Advise the litigation team and clients on best protocol for the collection, retention, review and production of documents
• Advise the litigation team on matters involving regulatory compliance and subpoena responses
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert regarding new developments in e-Discovery Create, update, and provide a master outline of discovery-related materials

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active OH Bar
• 3 or more years of previous relevant e-Discovery and litigation support experience in either a law firm or vendor setting
• Demonstrated thorough understanding of each stage of the e-Discovery process
• 3 or more years of experience with e-Discovery processing, forensic document collection, litigation holds and other advanced litigation support functions
• 3 or more years of hands-on experience using Relativity
• 3 or more years of experience with predictive coding, e-mail threading and text encoding
