You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure our branding and messaging are effectively communicated.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and design assets for promotional materials including posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, merchandise, and more.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements.
  • Translate marketing goals into visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with our festival's brand identity.
  • Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and mediums.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a similar role or within the entertainment/events industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
  • 2+ years experience in the Graphic Design field
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field
