Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Eynon, PA 18403

Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Extension Possible)

Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor Warehouse Associates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high performance.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee receiving and dispatching procedures, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently.
  • Optimize Workflows: Assign daily tasks and workloads to team members, balancing productivity and operational needs.
  • Customer Liaison: Address shipping and receiving inquiries, providing solutions and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Maintain Accuracy: Monitor inventory and shipment transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure Cleanliness: Keep inventory and storage areas organized and clean to meet safety and operational standards.
  • Safety First: Enforce safety protocols for equipment usage, including forklifts and machinery, to protect team members and maintain a secure work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or production environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and shipment procedures.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
