PRMA stands out as a high-volume breast reconstruction destination, boasting a team of eleven surgeons who utilize a co-surgeon model to support a collaborative and efficient work environment. While microsurgical breast reconstruction is our core service, we offer opportunities to expand into additional service lines, including general plastics, cosmetic surgery, lymphedema, and more, allowing you to explore your passions. With dedicated nursing staff and surgical PAs to assist during cases and no trauma call, you have the freedom to focus on providing unparalleled patient care.
At PRMA, our mission is to provide seamless personalized care and deliver results that exceed expectations for every patient seeking plastic or reconstructive surgery. We take pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience through fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for all, regardless of social or economic status or insurance type.
An ideal candidate is a microsurgery fellowship graduate with a strong interest in breast reconstruction, particularly microsurgical flap procedures. An additional interest to help the practice expand service lines is welcomed. Strong interpersonal, innovative and organizational skills, combined with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and results, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. PRMA currently has two offices in San Antonio, TX but is also seeking to potentially expand to other locations.
