Data Analyst


Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX (3 days a week on-site)


Job Type: 6-month contract with possibility of hire


What will I be doing?

As a Resource Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting technology development teams by managing and analyzing resource data. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, performing detailed analyses, and ensuring resource data supports decision-making processes effectively. Your role will involve:

  • Reconciling, entering, and updating resource data weekly and monthly.
  • Validating data accuracy through regular audits and checks.
  • Uploading and verifying business case data.
  • Conducting analyses to provide insights into resource allocation and utilization.
  • Supporting resource planning and capital allocation processes.
  • Testing and validating updates to resource management tools.
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Business Management teams to align resource data with organizational goals.


What are we looking for?

  • Experience:
  • Strong background in data entry and analysis in complex environments.
  • At least two years of professional experience and one year in an analyst role (preferably in accounting, finance, or complex data).
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create data models.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in the office per week.
