Job Summary

  • Performs direct, routine patient care activities for patients to promote comfort, maintain or enhance their function abilities and contribute to their overall plan of care.  Performs receptionist and clerical duties for nursing service including communication tasks and computer entry.  Maintains knowledge of facility procedures, standing orders, phone and paging system

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Certification/Licensure/Registrations

  • Nursing assistant certification preferred

 Work Schedule

  • Varied 7:00am-7:30pm, 7:00pm-7:30am, every 3rd wknd, hol rotation; 48hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

  • $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
