The PMO Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering transformation projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality specifications. The Project Manager is responsible for working with both internal and external stakeholders including managed services & other vendors/contractors to complete all required work from implementation, installation, commissioning of equipment & systems until complete handover to the business. They will adhere to the best practices and guidelines of the PMO and ensure work completion in line with the policies and mission of the organization.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage day to day project operations alongside the project team and ensure project scope, schedule, cost and quality are constantly monitored to ensure project delivery & success.
· Perform business analysis and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop the project charter and scope.
· Develops detailed project management plan, RACI, execution plan, UAT and communication plans.
· Identify and escalate project issues and resolve conflicts to effectively get the projects on track.
· Presenting project status and updates to C-suite and executive management team.
· Manage project delivery and ensure they meet expectations and the success criteria.
· Identify and manage project risks and plan risk response.
· Potential support in hiring contractors/consultants as needed.
· Conduct project meetings, facilitate design sessions, and establish action items.
· Cost management and review of invoices to ensure project is being invoiced based on tracked tasks.
· Responsible for stakeholder sign offs on various stage gates.
· Closely work with other function to understand and document related business process.
· Adhere to PMO best practices and standards.
· Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and steering committees.
· Identify, document and conduct the change request process by adhering to the change control process with the support of the project team.
· Recording, tracking and managing the project issue resolution to ensure timely production deployments.
· Responsible for all project documentation control and formal communication.
· Responsible for adhering PMO practices, knowledge transfer sessions, project closure documentation and storage/archival of the project.
· Ensures adherence to company safety guidelines, directives and standards.
Education
· Bachelor of Science
· PMP Certification an advantage
Experience
· 5 years of proven Project Management experience directly involved in medium and large technology implementation and/or system upgrade projects.
· 3 years of experience in new implementation or continuous improvement of business systems such as ERP, HCM, SaaS and mobile applications
· 5 years of experience in scope management, requirements analysis and technical documentation.
· Must have experience with SDLC in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
· Experience in JD Edwards ERP, Power Platform and Data Analytics is desirable.
· Experience in Supply Chain, HR, and accounting systems implementation a plus.

· Fluent in English, Spanish speaking a plus.
Working Conditions
· Able to work a varied schedule to complete projects and meet deadlines in response to changing demands.
· Able to work overtime (scheduled and/or unscheduled, nights and/or weekends)
