Overview:

We are a growing Financial Planning firm based in Midtown Manhattan, seeking a motivated and driven Junior Financial Advisor to join us. This salaried position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to support three experienced Financial advisors in managing and growing their client base. The role is hybrid, with the flexibility to work remotely, while requiring you to be in the office two days per week for in-person meetings and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, contribute to the expansion of our firm, and gain valuable experience in financial planning and client management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Research and Application Processing
  • Financial Plan coordination between Advisor and Para-planner
  • Client meetings to include joint work with top level clients; along with one on one work with existing clients
  • Follow Up correspondence between advisor and clients
  • Prep work for client meetings
  • CRM Management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the financial industry is preferred
  • A proactive, self-starter with a passion for helping clients and improving financial outcomes
