MIN___$19.00___/Max_$22.00____ RATE PER HOUR
  • MUST have experience 2-3 years in Fiber glassing using Chopper Gun.
  • Buffing and preparing tank for fiber glassing and/or total containment wrap
  • Spray chopped fiberglass using pneumatic spray guns
  • Know the dangers of the chemicals involved
  • Take proper safety precautions when working with the chemicals/fiber glassing.
  • Use the spray equipment to spray resin on tank as it spins use rolls.
  • After fiber glassing, areas around fittings must be grinded to create total coverage
  • Schedule mobile crane to set tank on rolls and remove tank when completed
  • Total containment wrap must be applied and sealed properly
  • Check for puncture or cuts must be completely sealed, tested.
  • Keep work area clean
