The Senior Data Scientist will play a key role in fulfilling Machine Learning (ML) and advanced analytics initiatives. This will include building supervised and unsupervised ML models. With a strong business orientation and track record of delivering data-analytic services. The Senior Data Scientist will both work closely to implement machine learning-based, scalable solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

They will work closely with different teams within the RBGlobal ecosystem to integrate these into enterprise-scale services. The Senior Data Scientist will be required to leverage deep knowledge of data best practices to ensure that the most applicable data source is used appropriately to answer questions and complete advanced analysis of the company’s customer and business data, including customer behavior data and listings data. Not all projects or solutions will involve Machine learning.

Qualifications

5-7 years of demonstrated business impact through the conception, delivery, and scaling of machine learning and other analytic approaches. Ability to mentor other data scientists and analysts Excellent verbal and written skills in English Exceptional attention to detail Experience working on an Agile development team Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills A proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment Typical Business office Environment Preferred Qualifications Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) NLP and computer vision applications Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI Contributing to open‑source projects Experience with MLOps and CI/CD practices Responsibilities Experiment and model design. Model development and evaluation. Meeting with and reporting to stakeholders.

Solving operational challenges with business units that are depended upon. Sourcing, cleaning, and understanding data. Lead some projects while assisting senior data scientists on more advanced ML initiatives.
