The Project Executive is responsible for the part of the management team that directly manages short and long-term concrete projects. Project Executives are typically responsible for developing strategic programs, project goals, monitoring programs and project performance.


The Project Executive role include the following tasks:


  • Communicating with upper management to develop strategic programs and project goals
  • Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Creating and managing the project budgets and expensive
  • Monitoring project performance of both internal and external costs
  • Recommending budget cost and spending plans
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring employee improvement and growth
  • Monitoring performance metrics


Minimum Requirements:


- 7+ years of hands on experience in project management within concrete industrial, tilt-up, or multi-story construction.

- Direct concrete experience is required

- Proven ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients, employees, and vendors.

- Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate to job sites as needed.
