We're looking for a talented, passionate User Experience designer to join our team, with specific focus on developing and refining GenAI design solutions for our portfolio products. The ideal candidate is comfortable with complexity and solving hard problems. They have experience in enterprise products and have strong ideation skills, holistic systems thinking, deep attention to detail, with a passion for making difficult tasks into simple delightful experiences. In this role, this UX designer will work closely with Product and Engineering partners. Collaboration and product ownership is essential, as well as being a great communicator, who can tame ambiguity and align with stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 8+ years of industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role.
  2. Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps.
  3. Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
  4. Bachelor's degree in design / human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent years of experience.
  5. Professional proficiency in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent.
  6. Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design. This should also include approach and process.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience with UX design of complex workflows.
  2. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for technical and business executives internally and externally.
  3. Experience with design for business and engineering customers.
  4. UX design experience across global markets.
  5. Experience working with enterprise design systems.
  6. Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
  7. Experience working with distributed teams.
