Job Summary: Assist one or more Account Officers with the day-to-day administration of trust client
relationships and new business development. Must be interested in trust industry training. Job includes answering telephone calls, greeting guests, and mail processing.

Administrative Tasks (not inclusive):
• Answer main telephone line and direct calls appropriately; Greet walk-in clients, vendors, and referral sources-connect them with internal staff; Collect daily mail from USPS PO box at 2nd and Waco, and
from PO box located in office building; Distribute mail internally; Receive deliveries from UPS, FedEx,
and other delivery services; Prepare daily remote bank deposits and provide information to Operations
• Prepare for client and prospect meetings
• Open and close accounts within trust accounting software and ongoing account maintenance
• Transfer documentation for IRAs or transfer instruction letters for various account types
• Customer relationship management maintenance
• Trade processing
• Bill paying-approve for processing
• Distribution or Contribution Memos-prepare for processing
• File creation for original documents (Trusts, Wills, etc.); Filing &/or scanning of various documents
• Account Annual Reviews, Open/Closed and Interim Reviews
• Completion of life insurance claim documents; submit savings bonds for redemption
• Unique Assets tasks/Errands/Off-site duties requiring physical presence of employee(s)
• Assist marketing department with special projects and mailings
• Provide exceptional service to clients and referral sources
• Work with sales team to achieve annual team new revenue goal
