- Flexibility for potential evening and weekend shifts, including overtime

Work Experience
Required Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and basic manufacturing knowledge
- Blueprint reading and following work instructions
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to lift heavy molds and stand for long periods
- Basic math skills for production calculations
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
