Software Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Software Engineering Managers are characterized by progressive technical experience and demonstrated progression in management responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Be both a highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager.
- Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives.
- Participate in technical design.
- Be a subject matter expert in the infrastructure domain.
- Define and influence product strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management.
- 5+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python, and/or PHP.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management.
- BA/BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 4+ years work experience).
