OSS/BSS Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic OSS/BSS Enterprise Architect who is responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology architectures. You will oversee the strategic alignment of technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Your expertise in G/Technology Architecture PPM Enterprise Architect and Portfolio & Project Management will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency across our devices and networks domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Developing and overseeing the long-term technology strategy to align with the company’s business goals and market trends.
  2. Technology Leadership: Leading the adoption of new technologies and ensuring the integration of innovative solutions across the organization.
  3. System Architecture: Designing and maintaining the overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as IT, network operations, and business units to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards.
  6. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of the network and IT infrastructure.
  7. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  8. Vendor Management: Managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure the best solutions and services are procured.
  9. Innovation and R&D: Leading research and development efforts to explore new technologies and solutions that can provide a competitive edge.
  10. Customer Focus: Ensuring that all technology initiatives and solutions are designed to enhance the customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 16+ years in a senior leadership role and managing complex solutioning experience, with broad technical experience.
  2. Extensive experience working with telco businesses on Next-Gen Technologies.
  3. Broad exposure in the areas of OSS/BSS including Billing, OM, CRM, Inventory, Provisioning, Activation, and Assurance.
  4. Exposure to Network area – 5G Wireless RAN and Core / Private 5G / Enterprise Wireline solutions (like SD-WAN, Routing, Security, UC).
  5. Good understanding of prime networking vendors including Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, and others.
  6. Good understanding of OSS/BSS application vendors like Microsoft, Salesforce, Amdocs, Netcracker, and others.
  7. Experience building telco domain-based solution offerings in any of the areas above is desired.
  8. Good communication, analysis, problem solving, and client-facing skills are mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Worked with industry bodies like MEF, TMF, and others.
  2. Certifications in public cloud – AWS / Azure / GCP / Oracle.
  3. Certifications or exposure in data management (using tools like Databricks, Starburst, and other tools).
  4. GenAI related certifications/exposure.
