As the Head of AI/Machine Learning at our client, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing AI strategies, overseeing complex projects, and ensuring that our AI initiatives are aligned with the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities:
- AI/ML Strategy Leader: Define and implement a comprehensive AI/ML strategy that aligns with our company’s goals. You’ll create a roadmap that ensures our AI initiatives are innovative, scalable, and deliver tangible business value.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. You’ll ensure that your team has the tools, skills, and support they need to deliver groundbreaking AI solutions.
- Project Oversight and Delivery: Oversee the execution of multiple AI/ML projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure that all AI initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- AI/ML Innovation and Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI/ML, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team. You’ll ensure that our AI technology stack remains cutting-edge and that we’re exploring new ways to leverage AI for competitive advantage.
- Data Strategy and Management: Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure that data is collected, processed, and managed in a way that supports AI/ML initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping our data strategy to maximize the value of our AI efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other departments to integrate AI/ML into our products and services. You’ll be the bridge between AI initiatives and the rest of the organization, ensuring that AI is a core part of our business strategy.
- Ethics and Compliance Advocate: Ensure that all AI/ML projects are conducted with the highest ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations. You’ll be responsible for implementing best practices in AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance.
Required Skills:
- AI/ML Mastery: Extensive experience in AI/ML, including deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data science methodologies. You’re well-versed in the latest AI technologies and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven experience leading and mentoring AI/ML teams, with a track record of delivering successful AI projects. You’re the kind of leader who can inspire and guide a team to achieve their best work.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement an AI/ML strategy that aligns with business goals and anticipates future needs. You’re always thinking ahead, ensuring that our AI efforts are future-proof and scalable.
- Data Science Expertise: Strong background in data science, including experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. You understand the intricacies of working with large datasets and building models that deliver real-world impact.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You make the intricate understandable, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in AI/ML leadership is also valued.
- Certifications in AI/ML, data science, or relevant technologies are a plus. If you’ve contributed to open-source AI projects or published papers on AI/ML, that’s a bonus.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as AI/ML Manager, Lead Data Scientist, or similar. You’ve successfully led teams that have delivered impactful AI solutions.
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments, particularly in industries such as SaaS, fintech, or healthtech.
- Experience with big data platforms, cloud-based AI services, and modern AI frameworks.
