Job Description:
Maintenance Mechanic
Shift Details - Monday -Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 PM, Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a fleet of Crown power industrial trucks.
- Perform routine maintenance on all lift trucks and warehouse equipment.
- Parts Replacement: Identify, order, and replace faulty components or parts.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service history in our CMMS.
- Assist building maintenance with building repairs, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, overhead doors, racking, and equipment, when needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

What you need to succeed:
- Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
- Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Able to use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
- Good computer skills for utilizing PM Software system.
- Maintenance experience within a manufacturing/ distribution environment.
