What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Diverse Caseload Management: Lead a variety of commercial litigation matters, handling everything from pre-litigation planning through trial advocacy.
  • Research & Legal Strategy: Conduct detailed legal research and craft strategies tailored to each client’s individual needs, ensuring effective representation.
  • Document Drafting & Review: Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with precision, upholding high standards of clarity and professionalism.
  • Client Representation: Negotiate settlements and explore efficient resolutions, helping clients navigate litigation risks and achieve successful outcomes.
