Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to leverage their litigation experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including contested and uncontested dissolutions of marriage, paternity matters, post-dissolution actions, domestic violence cases, child support, alimony, and timesharing.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, advocating for clients' best interests in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare comprehensive legal documents, briefs, and motions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to negotiate settlements amicably and ethically.
  • Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service with a focus on empathy and understanding.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in family law litigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex legal matters to clients and the court. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing.
