Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our IT Telehealth Team. As a Telehealth Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing telemedicine applications for our Avera St. Luke's Telehealth network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement telemedicine applications to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and their office staff to coordinate eConsult sessions
  • Establish and document proper procedures and policies for eConsult consultations and training personnel
  • Address patient billing concerns and questions related to eConsult charges

Requirements

  • Associate or Baccalaureate in nursing; Baccalaureate in nursing preferred
  • Prior experience related to eConsult is desirable; prior work with videoconferencing equipment is also desirable
  • Current South Dakota Nursing License (RN) and valid South Dakota driver's license required
