My client is a major Fund Advisory firm that is seeking a Treasury Associate to be fully dedicated in-house role for a Private Equity Infrastructure Fund based in Houston TX.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash position & daily debt balances
  • Assist in opening and maintaining bank accounts
  • Analyze and capture transactional data from a variety of sources
  • Assist in making principal, interest, and other expense payments
  • Assist in funding capital called by portfolio companies
  • Assist in distributing proceeds received to limited partners
  • Confirm receipt of capital called from investors
  • Monitor compliance with Treasury Department goals



Qualifications

  • 2-6 years experience with Treasury/Cash Management.
  • Experience with Wires/ACH, reconciliations.
  • Managing Banking relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of cash flow terminology and finance/accounting principles
  • Hybrid 2 days in Houston, TX.


The annual base salary range is $80k to $105k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
