Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role. The Electrician Helper will assist electricians with installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial electrical systems while gaining hands-on experience in the trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment for efficient project execution.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform basic tasks such as cutting, bending, and running conduit.
- Provide general labor support to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Qualifications
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the electrical trade.
- Basic understanding of electrical tools and equipment (preferred but not required).
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
