General Summary:

The Conversational AI Solutions Analyst is creative and technically skilled. This role involves designing, engaging and effective conversation flows for our AI-powered interfaces to enhance user experience and efficiency.

Principal Accountabilities (90%)

  • Design and develop conversational AI solutions that align with our business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to integrate conversational AI elements into our products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine conversational flows.
  • Implement natural language processing tools to enhance the understanding and responsiveness of AI interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of AI interactions, making data-driven decisions to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI and recommend innovations.
  • Works with business unit leaders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
  • Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.
  • Manages ongoing relationship with business partners to drive satisfaction with IT.
  • Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
  • Plans and leads the testing and validation process for enhancements, releases, hot fixes, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Communicates effectively to update outside vendors, internal staff and/or executive staff.
  • Serves as the subject-matter-expert for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Analytics - Measuring CAIP solution
  • Is aware of market trends in CAIP products technology and application.
  • Tech - Hybrid approach
  • Application - Agent assist and Customer facing Virtual Assistant.

Secondary Accountabilities (10%)

  • Participates in special projects to include testing, analysis and integration of internal systems and applications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with Regulatory guidelines as commensurate with position.

Position Requirement and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in designing AI-driven interaction systems, preferably in a financial or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong user-centered design focus.
  • Ability to write clear, maintainable conversation scripts.
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms is a plus.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Customer/Member service-oriented mindset and creativity.
  • Excellent communication, research, analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Adherence to established SLAs and service standards.

Knowledge, Education, Certifications, Licenses:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of years 3 of work experience in a related environment, preferably in a financial institution.
