Les développements s’effectuent dans différents langages en fonction des projets, codés pour la plupart en Java, C#, C++, Vue.js, Angular, Python. Les projets sont menés suivant la méthode agile avec une approche DevOps en ligne avec les attentes de nos métiers et de nos clients.

Au sein de la DSI d'Ostrum, vous rejoignez l'équipe IT Data Management en tant que Tech Lead.

L'équipe a pour principales missions :

  • Le maintien en condition opérationnelle des principaux EDMs (Enterprise Data Management Systems), référentiels et entrepôts de données Ostrum, qui servent les métiers Ostrum mais également les clients de la plateforme de services d'Ostrum ;
  • Le cadrage, le pilotage et l'implémentation de projets visant à rationaliser et / ou enrichir fonctionnellement la plateforme Data d'Ostrum.

Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de :

  • Définir et partager les cibles d'architecture technique permettant de répondre aux enjeux métiers et à la stratégie IT globale d'Ostrum, tout en maîtrisant les risques et les coûts pour l'équipe et plus largement au sein de la DSI d'Ostrum ;
  • Développer et tester les nouveaux modules / solutions informatiques ainsi que l'application des principes de qualité du code, à travers l'utilisation de Sonar par exemple ;
  • Mettre en place et promouvoir des solutions de DevOps au sein de l'équipe et la gestion des obsolescences d'infrastructure et de technologie en lien avec l'équipe Architecture ;
  • Assurer le support de niveau 2 ou 3 sur le SI Data, le support de niveau 1 étant opéré par une équipe de Support dédiée ainsi que le suivi, le partage des concepts de sécurité informatique et de Green IT au sein de l'équipe ;
  • Identifier des fonctions partagées et contribuer à la factorisation du code (librairies, APIs etc.) ;
  • Participer à des points d'échange réguliers avec l'équipe pour suivre l'avancement, obtenir du feedback et communiquer les statuts ainsi que les points d'avancement clair au management ;
  • Mettre en place et mettre à jour de la documentation technique sous Confluence et aider au recrutement de nouveaux développeurs.

À propos de vous : Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous De formation supérieure, vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de référent technique et vous connaissez les bases de la finance.

  • Le développement avec les langages C# / .Net et les technologies WPF / Angular ;
  • Les outils de DevOps (XLR, XLD, git, bitbucket) ;
  • Les langages BDD (SQL Server, Sybase) ;
  • Les capacités d'ordonnancement (Control-M), les outils de qualité / sécurité du code (Sonar, CheckMarx) ;
  • Les architectures micro-services et APIs.
  • Reconnu pour votre excellent relationnel et votre capacité d'écoute ;
  • Doté d'un sens du service et des responsabilités, vous appréciez le travail en équipe ;
  • Adaptable, autonome et rigoureux.

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau B2.
