- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of South Dakota or multi-state privilege to practice in South Dakota.
- Basic Life Support certification and NRP certification within six months of employment.
- ACLS, TNCC, or TCAR certification may be required depending on unit.
- Competitive hourly rate of $46.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) available on Day 1.
