Job Description:

Position Overview: Are you a meticulous researcher, resourceful in uncovering talent, and driven by the challenge of sourcing hard-to-find candidates? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team As a Sourcer, you will partner with hiring teams to craft sourcing strategies, identify passive candidates, and build relationships with top-tier talent. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage high-value contacts to build both sales and candidate pipelines using a variety of tools, platforms, and networks.
  • Collaborate with executive recruiters to understand sourcing requirements and craft tailored strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines to support immediate and future business needs.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify key opportunities and contacts through diverse channels.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing efforts, market insights, and key developments.
  • Represent Govig & Associates’ employer brand and values in all interactions with candidates, clients, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on executive or specialized roles.
  • Proficient in advanced search techniques and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, SeekOut, X-Ray searches, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase and CRM systems.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving team and personal goals.
