Job description:

Key responsibilities:
  1. Develop C++ based medical device applications in Linux OS
  2. Craft and develop user interfaces using OpenGL
  3. Lead conceptualization, prototyping, design, and unit testing of application software
  4. Collaborate with the extended team to improve application functionality
  5. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and address software (build, algorithm/ functionality/ dependency) issues.
Required Skills:
  1. 10+ years of experience in application software development, with at least 4 years in the medical device or healthcare service industry
  2. Shown proficiency in C++ development on Linux, including object-oriented programming and design patterns
  3. Hands-on experience with OpenGL application development
  4. Experience developing and editing makefiles and build scripts in a command line (bash or zsh) environment
  5. Understanding of medical devices regulations and standards is desirable.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
