Our mission is to support patients in underserved communities by leveraging technology to bring expert psychiatric care directly to their homes.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physician Assistant (PA) with experience or strong interest in psychiatry to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a flexible and supportive environment while helping meet the mental health needs of patients across Upstate New York.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct remote psychiatric evaluations and medication management via secure telehealth platformCollaborate with supervising psychiatrist and multidisciplinary teamDocument patient encounters and manage treatment plans in a timely and compliant mannerProvide ongoing follow-up and support to ensure continuity of careParticipate in regular team meetings and clinical reviewsQualificationsValid New York State Physician Assistant licenseDEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances in NYMinimum 1 year of clinical experience; psychiatry experience strongly preferredTelehealth experience a plus (training provided if not)Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsReliable internet connection and private workspaceWork Schedule & BenefitsFlexible hours ? part-time or full-time availabilityFully remote position ? work from anywhereCompetitive compensation based on experience and caseloadMalpractice insurance coverageSupportive administrative and clinical teamOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on underserved populationsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
