Machine Learning Engineer Job Description


We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and work on developing generative AI models. As a Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for building end-to-end machine learning systems, from data preparation and feature engineering to model training and deployment. In addition, you will be expected to continuously improve the predictive automation capabilities of our AI software.


We look for someone who has proven skills in statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and probability, strong mathematics skills in algorithm design.


To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in data science, with relevant experience in machine learning. You should have an education background in Mathematics/Statistics or two of these combined.


You should also possess top-notch machine learning engineering skills and be able to improve the performance of predictive automation software. Responsibilities:

● Defining and refining machine learning objectives in consultation with management.

● Develop machine learning models from concept to deployment using a variety of data sources and tools.

● Optimize models through hyperparameter tuning and feature engineering.

● Build scalable data pipelines to support the creation and deployment of machine learning models.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into products and services.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning tools and techniques and proactively recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.

● Creating self-running artificial intelligence (AI) software and machine learning systems to automate prediction models.

● Assuring that algorithms produce precise user suggestions.

● Using multi-layered data sets to solve complicated issues, as well as improving current machine learning tools and frameworks.

● Creating machine learning algorithms to examine large amounts of historical data and create predictions.

● Performing tests, statistical analysis, and interpreting test findings are all part of the job.

● Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other team members.

Requirements:

● A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, math, or a related discipline is required.

● 3+ years of experience in the fields of Natural Language Processing, Dialog Systems, Contextual Understanding, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision

● ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture are all well-versed

● Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

● Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.

● Experience with back-end development using cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

● Experience with data processing and analysis using SQL, Spark, Flink,or similar technologies.

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Bonus points

● Perform hands on Production data pipeline development in Spark using Scala, Python and SQL and machine learning algorithms on Databricks

● Experience with computer vision applications or natural language processing.

● Familiarity with GPU computing and OpenCV.
