What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted partner for talent, guiding them across business matters like social media growth, brand extensions, and industry trends.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with top brands and agencies to generate revenue and secure impactful opportunities.
  • Drive innovative pitches and project development for both your roster and agency-wide initiatives.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with talent’s goals.
  • Negotiate contracts with confidence and advocate for talent every step of the way.
  • Scout and champion new talent, bringing fresh perspectives and voices to the table.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on talent management with an established roster of creators.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a deep understanding of digital platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Drive: A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines seamlessly.
  • Vision: Creative thinker with marketing savvy and a pulse on pop culture, ready to brainstorm innovative ideas.
