The GM is responsible for growing the restaurant's revenue and driving profitability so we can continue to invest in our business and our people.We'll support and help train you to set work schedules, order food and beverages, oversee food prep, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll execute cash management duties, assist in managing inventory to minimize waste, and oversee our company's assets by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.You'll be a role model for your team and exhibit grace under pressure during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
