Position Overview:

We are seeking licensed and talented Aestheticians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have experience in delivering a range of facial treatments and skincare services while ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and service to all clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform facials, including customized treatments based on client needs (e.g., anti-aging, acne, hydration, cryo-sculpting).
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess individual client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Stay current on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment environment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat visits and satisfaction.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the studio through teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • State licensure or certification as an Licensed Aesthetician (required).
  • Proven experience in facials and/or massage therapy in a spa, salon, or wellness center setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of skin care products and their benefits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recommend and upsell products and services.
  • Passion for delivering top-tier client service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if applicable).
