What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.
- Identify, track, and analyze key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and industry insights.
- Oversee the development of advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional materials to drive engagement.
- Manage and refine pricing strategies to align with business objectives and market demand.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- 10+ years of marketing experience in residential real estate or a related industry.
- Strong expertise in marketing analytics, data reporting, and performance tracking tools.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Experience leading successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and reporting software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
