What You'll Do at Pega:

  1. Work in integration design, implementation, and support in Pega Infinity platform and other integration technologies (e.g. SAP Integration Suite).
  2. Demonstrate ability to adapt and learn new technologies to support integration needs of the business.
  3. Work on initiatives and continuous improvement process around proactive application integration health monitoring, reporting, and technical support.
  4. Demonstrate desire to keep learning, maintain own skill set, stay up to date and expand one’s knowledge.
  5. Demonstrate ability to own initiatives from start to finish.
  6. Desire and ability to grow into a lead role.

What You've Accomplished:

  1. 7-10 years of Application Software development experience, preferably in a product development company.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer applications or related field.
  3. Comfortable communicating verbally or in writing to any audience.
  4. Strong understanding of Application Software engineering concepts and practices.
  5. Prior experience with enterprise systems including CRM, Industry applications, ERP and their corresponding business domain knowledge.
  6. Strong knowledge of and practical experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology and the entire Application Software development process.
  7. Practical knowledge of Application Software design patterns.
  8. Designed/Developed and maintained an enterprise-grade product.
  9. Experience working with Architects, Tech Leads, and Product Owners to understand challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  10. Building end-to-end solutions which account for all functional, non-functional and system specifications provided by the Architects.
  11. Strong knowledge of quality processes in a DevOps environment.
  12. Providing concrete inputs into project planning and effort estimation decisions.
  13. Pega 7.x/8.x experience/certification is a plus.
