About the role:

The Customer Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through integrated marketing and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs. Working cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, regional marketing, customer advocacy, and sales, you will develop an understanding of customer data and execute strategic marketing plans to generate expansion opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Build and execute customer expansion campaigns aligned to sales leadership, establish clear goals, gain buy-in for marketing programs while identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Design and implement creative, engaging, revenue-generating campaigns that increase engagement, drive retention, and uncover upsell opportunities throughout the post-sales customer lifecycle.
  • Track, forecast, and report on key marketing metrics, including MQLs, opportunities, and pipeline impact.
  • Support the development, execution, and management of customer ABM programs.
  • Work closely with sales, regional marketing, and other key stakeholders to optimize lead follow-up from campaigns and events.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop case studies, reference customers, and targeted content.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Education to support major product launches and greater marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and deliver on key moments that matter to our customers, including experiential events, gifting, and more.

What you'll bring:

Culture Amp is seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing professional who will champion the success and growth of our existing customers while driving revenue, retention and advocacy through engaging and targeted marketing campaigns. Your ability to harness customer insights and translate them into impactful marketing initiatives will help demonstrate the value of our solutions and strengthen customer relationships.

The minimum qualifications for this role are…

  • 5+ years in demand generation or ABM marketing within B2B SaaS/tech.
  • Proven experience building and executing marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with martech and project management tools such as: Salesforce, Looker, HubSpot, 6sense, Sendoso, and Asana.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits.

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US): $120,000 - $135,000 USD.
