Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated UKG Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro. This is an immediate, one-year engagement set to begin in January. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and management of the project, including overseeing the relationship with our implementation partner. You will ensure the delivery of all project milestones, timelines, and ensure the integration of UKG solutions with our existing systems, particularly Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and overall Project Manager for the UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro implementation.
  • Manage the relationship and deliverables with implementation partner, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Oversee all project phases, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring the successful integration of UKG with Workday.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, track progress, and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Develop, monitor, and update the project schedule, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to key stakeholders on the status of the project.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues, ensuring they are resolved before they impact the project timeline.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved.
  • Ensure the proper training and support are in place for staff once the system is live.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale UKG implementations, specifically migrating from UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro.
  • Familiarity with integrations, particularly between UKG solutions and Workday.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate project challenges and proactively develop solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Experience in healthcare or similar industry projects is a plus.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
