We seek a Commercial HVAC-Plumbing Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale mechanical projects in the thriving Los Angeles, CA, market. This pivotal role involves managing complex HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations, ensuring top-quality performance, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring project scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver high-quality installations that exceed expectations.
- Oversee installation of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, building automation systems, and advanced plumbing and piping configurations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-control strategies to ensure profitability.
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project to track progress, create detailed plans, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management within the commercial mechanical construction industry, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to use project management tools, including scheduling software and Gantt chart creation.
- Skilled in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated stable and local work experience history in the Los Angeles, CA, area.
