Full Stack Engineer

We are in search of a dynamic Full-Stack Engineer to work as part of our product and backend engineering initiatives within Dot Earth, a thriving incubator. .Erth is presently deeply involved in extensive prototyping and research, striving to craft products tailored to achieve optimal market fit. Our primary focuses encompass social games and AI-based products.

While our core team is primarily in San Francisco and New York City, we are open to qualified San Francisco/Bay Area hybrid candidates who thrive in a collaborative and evolving environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of innovative full-stack web and mobile applications at .Erth, focusing on user-friendly products with smooth functionality.
- Assist in designing and building robust backend systems to support scalable and efficient operations within the incubator environment.
- Show versatility in engineering tasks, including contributing to internal tool development, automating product features, and supporting various technological needs across the company's research initiatives.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and some experience in full-stack development, with exposure to web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with programming languages, development frameworks, and database technologies, and an understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
- Ability to participate in diverse engineering tasks and contribute to various stages of the product development lifecycle.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible, agile development approach and comfortable with learning new technologies and adjusting to changes.
- Experience in python programming.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in team settings.
Nice to have:
- Experience with React Native.
- Previous involvement with mobile applications.
Other Information:
Successful candidates for this position can expect a competitive salary within the range of $120,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
