Job Title: Full Stack Application Technical Lead | React | Node | Microservices


Job Description:

We are seeking a talented, customer-centric Full Stack Application Technical Lead passionate about continuous innovation. This role will support a portfolio of applications focused on safety. The ideal candidate will have good full stack development experience in React JS and Node JS, along with working knowledge of Oracle, ETL tools, version control, and microservices. Success in this fast-paced, agile environment will require strong technical skills and the ability to coach and lead application project/ops teams while driving the design and development of sophisticated application components.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define system architecture for integration across diverse system domains and business process domains.
  • Work hands-on with the development team to build applications, integrations, and reporting solutions while resolving complex issues.
  • Establish development standards and manage release processes.
  • Design data entities and support the development of integration protocols across various systems.
  • Devise the testing approach for System Integration Testing (SIT), data testing, and reports testing.
  • Review team deliverables to ensure they meet client and contract expectations and enforce high-quality standards.
  • Lead design sessions for React-based applications, defining application design, data design, and technical design for successful implementation.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables with respect to quality and timelines.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on integration protocols across diverse systems.
  • Assess infrastructure requirements and capacity.
  • Develop proof of concepts with emerging technologies and evaluate technology stacks for project requirements.


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in technology project implementation.
  • 10+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
  • 10+ years of experience with React, Node, and SQL.
  • 5+ years working with microservices frameworks and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus architecture, caching, Pub-Sub architecture, OAUTH, and JWT.
  • Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and Linux.
  • Expertise in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integrating into environments like BPEL, Webmethod, or Informatica.
  • Experience in large-scale data-intensive projects and performance tuning for UX challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and presentations.
