Role: PeopleSoft Benefit Admin - Support Project.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: Orlando, FL (Remote)

Note: We are specifically looking for Benefit admin and who are currently in touch of PS application.

Position Overview:

This position is in co-sourcing model working along with client team as a PeopleSoft Benefits operation team member. We play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the Peoplesoft Benefits Administration system. This position involves in ensuring accurate Benefit enrollments, updating/correcting Benefits enrollments, ensuring vendors receiving accurate enrollment data and manage annual enrollments activities.

We mainly collaborate with Tier 2 Benefits team, Core HR Administration team, Payroll teams and work with technical teams to build any new enhancements, bug fixes, building/modifying existing interfaces, customization etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling HRHD Cases

  • Reverse terminations
  • Updating the term dates
  • Correcting the enrollments and many other transactions.

2. Manage annual enrollment activities.

3. Configuring Benefits Rates and Coverages

4. Configuring Eligibility and Event rules

5. Work on Ad-hoc requests such as new acquisitions, fixing out of sequence events etc.

6. Collaborate with HR team to fix any data issue identified during benefits processing

7. Testing new changes including configuration/enhancements/bug fixes etc.

Skills:

Desired skill for this role

  • Should have good knowledge on Peoplesoft Benefits Administration, Base Benefits and eBenefits.
  • Should be having good understanding of Peoplesoft Core HR module.
  • Should have basic knowledge on Peoplesoft North America payroll like payroll deduction codes, accumulators.
  • Should be able to understand/prepare/update the functional specification documents.
