We are seeking an Entry Level Regional Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. The position will be based in McLean, VA and the individual will work in close collaboration with the Team Leader responsible for client sales. By helping us inform and educate our potential customers about our client ’s efforts to increase service quality while decreasing product prices, you will be able to make a tremendous impact.Responsibilities and Duties:Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality.One on one sales based interaction with customers.Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of needs.Meet customer requirements by providing personalized solutions.Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.Bonus and cash incentivesPhilanthropic/CommunityinvolvementCompensation is on a pay per performance basisCandidate Profile:Knowledge of basic computer operationsWillingness to work shifts, as neededCourteous with strong customer service orientationDependable with proficient attention to detailGood listening and responding skillsMust be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptuallyPossess insight into self and othersSolid problem-solving skillsMust be willing to take the initiativeStrong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
