Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic

Physical Rehabilitation Network is expanding its presence in the Montana. Currently, we have two clinics in the Kalispell area under our brand Berube Physical Therapy. We're presenting an exceptional opportunity for a Physical Therapist interested in partnering with us to open and lead their own clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic

• Provide high-quality patient care, with an average caseload of 10.5 patients per day

• Foster community relationships and connections to help grow the clinics patient base

• Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff

• Work closely with our leadership team on clinic goals, performance, and growth strategies

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience

• Proven management experience, preferably in a clinical setting

• Strong ties and connections within the community

• Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, patient-focused clinic environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in eventual partnership opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting and experience in management or leading a team is highly preferred

• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

• Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
