Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance and advisory services for individual, partnership, and corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of both domestic and international tax regulations, as well as proficiency in tax software and accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, International, partnerships, and corporations.
  • Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, focusing on international tax issues.
  • Assist clients with tax compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Research and analyze tax issues to provide accurate guidance and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service and accuracy in tax filings.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact clients.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Ultra Tax, Pro Systems, and Quickbooks to streamline tax preparation processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA/EA certification perferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
  • Strong knowledge of individual, partnership, and corporate taxation.
  • Experience with international tax issues is a plus.
  • Proficient in tax software including Ultra Tax and Pro Systems.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
