We’re expanding and looking for an energetic, dependable Dental Hygienist to join our easy-going, family-oriented, and hard-working team Our offices are growing, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, fun environment.
Schedule:
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (O'Fallon Family Dental Care)
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (O'Fallon Family Dental Care)
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Green Mount Family Dentistry)

Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in IL
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
